We are a Melbourne, Australia artisan food producer specialising in gluten, dairy and refined sugar/salt free condiments and snacks. As we freshly prepare each order, please allow at least 3 days processing time before shipment.
Ingredient supplies
While all care is taken when sourcing our fresh gluten free ingredients, as we purchase often in small quantities this may increase the risk of gluten cross-over from other sources.
Shipping
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the product can be lawfully sent to their country. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over this. These charges would be billed by the delivery company. For an estimate of these fee types, which vary by country, contact the customs office in your area. We currently have limited delivery to South Africa due to permits required for condiments. We are happy to get these permits, if the interest is there.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
When you submit a contact form (Contact Us page) with a query, you supply your email address. Once your specific request has been answered, the contact form with your email details is deleted.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your product in any way, please let us know. We value your business and will work with you to ensure that you are satisfied with our products and processes. In order to be eligible for a refund, you will need to contact us, via email, on info@savourysaucy.com.au, within 30 calendar days of your purchase, explaining the reason for a refund request.
Damaged goods may not need to be returned, but you will need to email product photographs to us. Once a refund has been approved, the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
Mailing Lists
We don’t have a mailing list. Any new product announcements will be posted on our website or social media platforms, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter @savourysaucy.
Analytics
We use Bing Webmaster Tool and Rank Math SEO to assist with Search Engine Optimization. These tools do not collect your personal information.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. Your registered online account is for your benefit only.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

How we protect your data
This website is SSL encrypted. When you place an order, this data is not stored externally, and only used for the purpose of filling that order. It is not accessed again, unless required for the purpose of auditing, you request this information, or a dispute arises over the order . Order records are kept in line with legal requirements.
We never have access to any of your financial information, this is handled by the external processing body you choose to use. The external processing bodies available on this website are Stripe, PayPal, Braintree, Google Pay and Alipay. If you prefer to phone in an order, then collect this order, we use Square Reader. If you phone in an order which is mailed to you, we enter your data straight into our website and use Stripe to process your credit card. No external records are kept. Please refer to the individual financial processing bodies privacy policies on how they manage your data.
